Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Barnett Construction Ltd. located in Kelowna, BC, with flexibility for some remote work. As an Administrative Assistant, you will support the team, manage calendars and appointments, handle correspondence, assist with document preparation, and perform general office duties. You will also coordinate meetings, maintain records and files, and ensure efficient office operations. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
