Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Westcorp. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our leadership team and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and responding to phone calls and emails.
  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling appointments and preparing meeting materials.
  • Assist with finance duties, including reconciling credit card statements and processing invoices.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Act as a liaison between departments and teams, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
