We are looking to enhance our team by welcoming an HR Coordinator who will be reporting to the HR Manager.

Job Duties:

 

·      Identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applications.

·      Review candidates and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews.

·      Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.

·      Coordinate employees’ onboarding, training and orientation.

·      Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)

·      Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.

·      Assist termination process.

·      Liaise with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies on the production floor.

·      Manage & update Human resource Dashboard, Recruitment files etc.

·      Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, etc.)


Qualifications / Skills:


·      Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position

·      Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices

·      Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

·      Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

·      Ability to handle data with confidentiality

·      Good organizational and time management skills

·      BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.


Supervisory Responsibilities:    


·      No direct supervisory responsibilities.
