Responsabilités :
• Vous serez responsable du processus de recrutement et de sélection et de planification des besoins en main-d'œuvre; comprendre et utiliser le processus et les outils de recrutement de l’entreprise ; mettre en œuvre le processus d'intégration.
• Vous aurez à gérer les programmes et processus de relations avec les employés pour bâtir et maintenir une équipe engagée.

Formation et expérience requises
• BAC en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe
• Membre CRIA, CRHA
• Bilinguisme requis
• Plus de 5 années d'expérience en RH avec une exposition à tous les principaux domaines fonctionnels des RH
• Expérience antérieure en partenariat avec la haute direction
• Expérience en déploiement de changements organisationnels
• Solide connaissance des systèmes d'information RH
• Expérience et compréhension de l'industrie de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, un atout
