Job Title: Human Resources Manager

NationGuard Protection Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
  • Develop and manage budgets for HR-related expenses.
  • Collaborate with management to identify and address HR-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
