**Your daily role**:
The human resources advisor will participate in different areas of human resources such as staffing, employee integration, management of labor movements and management of payroll.
- Coordinate the staffing process and the onboarding program for new employees (job posting, CV selection, interviews, employment reference checks);
- Coordinate internal labor movements;
- Administrative payroll management: checking and sending data to payroll weekly;
- Answer employees' questions regarding various HR programs;
**Your profile**
- **BAC in Human Resources Management or equivalent;**:

- ** 2-3 years of relevant experience;**:

- ** Good command of Office suite software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);**:

- ** Ability to adapt and work in a team;**:

- ** Autonomy, leadership and initiative;**:

- ** Ability to act with respect for confidentiality;**:

- ** Dynamic and welcoming approach;**:

- ** Bilingualism (French and English), Spanish, an asset.**:
