Human Resources Consultant

We're looking for a Human Resources Consultant to support our national Claims team. As a key member of our HR team, you'll provide coaching, guidance, and advice on human resources management, ensuring compliance with legislation and company values.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing coaching and professional guidance on human resources management
- Assisting with investigations and conflict management
- Analyzing data and recommending solutions to human resources management issues
- Conducting exit interviews and analyzing data trends
- Making salary recommendations based on compensation best practices
- Participating in the deployment of Business Unit initiatives and corporate programs
Requirements include:
- University degree in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management
- Three years of experience in human resources or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence and relate to all hierarchical levels
- Rigor, analytical, and synthesis skills
- Knowledge in many areas of human resources, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations
