We are seeking an experienced 6-month Contract Senior Bilingual Recruiter (French) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in headhunting and client-facing roles, with a strong background in technology recruitment and sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, engage, and recruit high-quality candidates for various roles, focusing on technology and sales positions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Utilize various recruitment strategies and tools, including social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure a strong fit for both the client and the candidate.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies that meet client expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously enhance our processes.


Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French (written and spoken) is a must.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on headhunting and client-facing roles.
