Canada Infotek Consulting Services Full time

Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition Team by managing Recruitment Coordination activities such as, interview arrangement, raise/adjudicate background check, facilitate onboarding and orientation.
- Format job descriptions for internal/external and niche site postings
- Coordinate and schedule Interviews between applicants and hiring managers
- 1-2 years HR experience preferably in training/administration/recruitment
- Proficient at Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of Workday an asset
- Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency and flexibility
- Bilingual French and English required

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Montréal, QC H3A 2Z8
