**About the Customer Service Representative (student part-time)**:
Your main responsibilities will be:

- Answer questions about early repayments and contract balances
- Agree with clients on deferral payments according to company policies
- Process customer contract changes and enter notes of the conversation into the customer file via the systems used
- Send and produce various types of documents as requested by clients and colleagues
- Complete prepayment forms
- Manage the follow-ups required by the contracts with the clients
- Ensure to follow the response protocol in place (call evaluation grid)
- Ensure that all referral opportunities are maximized
- Participate in the training of new employees in the department
- Participate in various projects aimed at developing the team and optimizing the department
- Attend continuous development trainings throughout the year to keep your skills up to date
- All other related tasks that may fall under this position

**The profile we are looking for**:

- You have 2 years of experience in customer support
Any experience in the financial or banking sector is an asset
- You are bilingual (English and French) in order to be able to serve clients from all provinces
- You have good problem solving skills
- You are action-oriented and you have at heart the satisfaction of your customers and collaborators
- You have a good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Outlook

**What we have to offer**:

- Temporary part-time position
10-15 hour work-week, between Monday and Friday
- Schedule between 3pm to 7pm (_Eastern Standard Time_) or 1pm to 5pm (_Mountain Standard Time_)
