The Regional Director is responsible for all aspects of the business, including strategy, overall customer experience, revenue targets, and the development of their employees. He/she must be a good communicator, recruiter, developer of talent and someone who has passion for leadership and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively involved in recruiting, interviewing, hiring for their region.
  • Develop a strategy to build a strong pipeline of leaders
  • Work with merchandising and marketing to develop programs, tools that improve BTG Partners performance
  • Work with business support groups to provide ongoing operation support to BTG partners
  • Drive training initiatives and focus within the market
  • Develop strategies and in-store initiatives to meet business objectives
  • Help identify and qualify installers as needed to maintain excellent service levels


Key Requirements


10+ years experience including:

  • Operating experience in retail or multi-location service business
  • Consultative sales and management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High energy and strong motivation skills
  • Very strong customer service, problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Ability to identify root causes and solve issues with a high sense of urgency
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships
  • Experience working independently, but also as part of a team


Integrating senior manager into the existing business and culture is critical. We will work with him/her to develop an integration plan that sets up the new manager for success at BTG.

Development plan will be individualized and will focus on gaining a first-hand appreciation of our customer service requirements and to develop key relationships in the field.
