About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Kainos. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in your region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, delivery, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Manage and develop a small team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in digital services and technology trends, with a strong understanding of the market and industry landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and delivery.
