Job Title: Regional Sales Director

About the Role:

MillerKnoll is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Canadian market. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a business strategy that drives revenue growth, expands our distribution footprint, and enhances our competitive position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy that aligns with MillerKnoll's enterprise goals and objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve assigned goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and business partners to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Evaluate and adjust the performance of the regional sales team to ensure optimal deployment of personnel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Provide timely and accurate regional reporting to executive sales leadership and sales operations.
  • Utilize Salesforce (CRM) information to manage an active sales funnel and accurately complete monthly forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of senior sales leadership experience with a proven track record of leadership success and knowledge of contract/capital goods industries.
  • 7+ years of successful contract/capital goods selling experience.
  • Knowledge of the contract interiors industry, services, and culture, as well as the ability to differentiate products/services from the competition.
