JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Omni-Channel Marketing to lead and execute our omni-channel marketing efforts, focusing on influencer strategy, promotions, social media, and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple digital touchpoints, driving brand growth through both organic and paid strategies, and overseeing project management with tools like Jira and Notion.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…
· Influencer Strategy & Execution:
Lead the development and implementation of influencer marketing strategies, including identifying key influencers, managing relationships, and driving contract negotiations for partnerships.
· Promotion & Campaign Development:
Plan and execute promotional campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals and customer engagement strategies.
· Social Media & Content Strategy:
Develop and manage the social media content calendar across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), ensuring a cohesive brand voice and presence while meeting performance targets.
· Performance Marketing:
Oversee paid media efforts, including budgeting, performance analysis, and optimization to meet KPIs.
· Brand Management:
Collaborate closely with the brand team to ensure consistency across all channels, ensuring that messaging aligns with overall brand strategy and goals.
· Online Promotion & E-Commerce:
Drive online promotional strategies that engage and convert customers across e-commerce platforms and digital marketplaces.
· Partnership Contract Review:
Review and manage partnership contracts to ensure terms align with company goals and legal requirements.
· Budget Management:
Oversee and manage the social media and influencer marketing budget, ensuring that spend aligns with performance targets and overall marketing goals.
· Project Management:
Use tools like Jira and Notion to manage omni-channel marketing projects from inception through execution, ensuring deadlines are met and cross-functional teams are aligned.
· Off-line Event Support:
Supporting the marketing team to successfully and effectively manage off-line events and promotions.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE...
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 5+ years of experience in omni-channel marketing, with a strong focus on social media, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns.
· Proficient in performance marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.).
· Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Jira and Notion.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Experience managing budgets and optimizing spend based on performance metrics.
· Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead marketing initiatives across multiple teams.
· Initiative is a must and the ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
