About the Role
">SALT XC is a forward-thinking agency that specializes in Experiential Commerce, driving brand transactions through memorable consumer experiences. We're seeking an experienced Account Director with a passion for shopper/omni-channel marketing to lead the development of campaigns aimed at driving conversion across the consumer journey.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Canadian retail landscape and a strong background in Shopper Marketing/Omni Channel marketing. This role involves overseeing the portfolio, growing the business, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop integrated omni-channel campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.">
- Provide strategic direction for the brand/company as required, leveraging expertise in shopper/trade marketing, sales, and brand teams.">
- Manage external stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, clients, agencies, and contractors, to ensure successful project execution.">
- Mentor and develop direct reports to provide best-in-class account and production management, conducting performance evaluations and supporting personal and professional goal-setting.">
- Oversee portfolio P&L, collaborating with finance to maintain business profitability, and identify revenue and profit gaps to create implementation plans.">
Requirements

- A minimum of 10 years' experience in Accounts, Client Service, Project Management, or related roles.">
- A strong background in Shopper Marketing/Omni Channel marketing, with a deep understanding of the Canadian retail landscape.">
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with proven project management experience.">
- Familiarity with online and offline disciplines impacting omni-channel programming.">

What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
