Director of Omni-Channel Marketing Strategies

In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and go-to-market teams to develop tailored campaigns that drive revenue and generate activity for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop omni-channel campaigns from conception through launch, measurement, and continuous improvement using market insights and strategies.
- Campaign Creation: Plan, execute, and analyze targeted marketing programs across various channels, including integrated marketing campaigns, email, webinars, search engines, display advertising, direct mail, and account-based marketing tactics focused on lead generation and pipeline building.
- Support the execution of account-based marketing digital campaigns, design and execute an email nurture program, and develop a webinar program.
- Ensure the tracking and reporting analytics of all campaign activity and support other demand generation marketing initiatives as necessary.
- Landing Page Development: Create landing pages for optimal conversions from campaigns and lead website optimization initiatives to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Reporting & Optimizations: Design, build, and test campaign deliverables such as email copy, calls to action, email layouts, and define and conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance across tactics and funnel stages.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, with at least 3 in a campaign management role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS products preferred.
- Proven success in developing and executing demand generation campaigns resulting in new business revenue.
- Experience working with HubSpot.
- Ability to give direction on best-in-class creatives to assist with campaigns.
- Excellent people and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
