Purpose of the position
Schedule: Monday to Friday daytimeSalary to be discussed Specifically, your daily life with us will look like : Provide a high level of customer service Greet visitors Receive and redirect incoming calls Update different administrative forms and documents Maintain good relationships with the residents Prepare and send occasional mail outs Make appointments Securing orders from the convenience store
The ideal person has :
Enjoy contact with people Customer service approach Professional, dynamic, responsible and committed attitude Good judgment and priority management Good sense of organization Adaptability
Required qualifications :
A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset) Customer service experience an asset A working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook software
