We’ve been in the retail watch business for the last 20+ years and own 3 retail locations across and around the island of Montreal.

We are currently looking for an IT Coordinator who can work with numerous vendors to ensure continued success through the corporate IT projects as well as provide IT support to employees.

We’ve recently launched a new e-commerce website and need someone to tie all the pieces together to move the needle in terms of product management, and helping Big Time expand on other retail platforms such as Amazon, E-Bay, Etsy and more

Working alongside the company’s owner from our head office location in Montreal, you’ll be in charge of managing and maintaining our e-commerce division and IT projects.

The IT Coordinator will perform technical and general administrative tasks that help to ensure smooth functioning of the company’s website, computer systems and other platforms.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Research**
- Business opportunities & new technological advancements to incorporate into our business.
- Retail industry benchmarks & best practices to help grow marketing strategy for the company.
- Expanding the company on different markets and platforms.

**Administrative duties**
- Provide structure & organization aid to the company’s owner
- Navigating and setting the company up on new platforms such as E-Bay, Etsy, etc.
- Product and website management and maintenance.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Bilingual (French & English) with excellent communication skills.
- Has minimum of 2 years of IT coordination experience.
- Has completed or is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in the appropriate field.
- Highly organized & has a strong attention to detail.
- Must be a critical thinker and a problem-solver.
- Expert in navigating Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of Shopify and Amazon Platform is an advantage.
- Ability to understand end-user problems and convey them in technical language to other IT professionals

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week
