YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule and conduct customer contacts through in-person visits and telephone calls, following management objectives.
Utilize expertise in sales processes for the material handling or industrial parts industries to identify customer needs and present relevant products and services.
Prepare and deliver sales analysis reports and presentations to staff and management as needed.
Navigate and research information within company ERP and CRM systems to check product pricing and availability, and manage customer feedback and action items.
Build and sustain strong relationships with key personnel within the assigned geographical territory.
Upload necessary data into company systems as required.
HOW TO SUCCEED
We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in territory sales or related sales positions is required.
A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
Should have a strong understanding of the material handling and/ or industrial parts industry, including familiarity with small earth moving parts, customers, suppliers, and vendors.
Must be able to travel for business up to 70-75% of the time.
Must demonstrate effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Hangouts, Sheets, Drive).
