Position Overview

Autodesk's Digital Customer Lifecycle team is hiring a Product Manager for one of our Strategic Programs. This is an exciting time to join our team, as we are reinventing the complete customer experience to create a world-class platform that impacts millions of people.

You will be reporting to our Senior Product Manager and you'll partner with end customers, internal technical teams, business analytics and marketing, and other team members. You'll help us determine and prioritize what capabilities are needed for an outstanding digital experience encompassing onboarding, accessing, and using Autodesk software in the education space.

Responsibilities

Develop a product roadmap for the community experience and platform

Define strategic business outcomes in collaboration with data analysts that accurately measure OKRs, and correlate outcomes after deployments to map success of product launches over time

Work with customers to understand their requirements, pain points, opportunities and delights while translating the most salient areas into technical requirements

Partner with our customer teams to understand and articulate user points of view, and translate these into product requirements

Create and participate in A/B testing during product discovery to tease out the most impactful features and experiences

Prioritize user stories for sequential and focused team progress, balancing needs from stakeholders, customer pain points, and technology efforts

Manage backlog and prioritize development efforts, define user stories and acceptance criteria, and participate in testing

Be an ambassador for quality and articulate the importance to product development teams and internal partners

Produce effective communications to stakeholders, communicating on deployment progress through regular product roadmap updates

Ensure transparency, agreement, and understanding of team focus and direction among extended team members

Partner with product development team members (engineering teams, UX design, program management) to deliver platform solutions

Influence and participate where needed in go-to-market plans of important capabilities and features

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years product management experience in technology, SaaS, or e-commerce industries

University degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics) or equivalent experience

Demonstrated experience working in matrixed organisation, driving consensus amongst different stakeholders

Ability to adapt communication for different audiences (technical/non-technical, business stakeholders, customers)

Experience using data and evidence to propose novel solutions and make product recommendations

Desire to have impact on a critically important audience and make a difference in users' lives and on our outcomes

Experience working in Agile environment

Prior experience shipping new technical solutions and digital experiences

Preferred Qualifications

MBA and / or PMP certification (or related certifications) will be consider

Technical background or exposure to product development lifecycle

Agile certification

L'équipe du cycle de vie de la clientèle numérique d’Autodesk recrute un(e) gestionnaire des produits pour l'un de nos programmes stratégiques. Vous relèverez de notre gestionnaire principal(e) des produits et vous vous associerez aux client(e)s finaux(les), aux équipes techniques internes, aux départements de l'analyse commerciale et du marketing, ainsi qu'à d'autres membres de l'équipe. Vous nous aiderez à déterminer et à hiérarchiser les fonctionnalités nécessaires pour une expérience numérique exceptionnelle, notamment en ce qui concerne l'intégration, l'accès et l'utilisation des logiciels Autodesk dans le secteur de l'enseignement.

Responsabilités

Élaborer un calendrier de lancement des produits pour promouvoir l'expérience communautaire et la plateforme

Définir les résultats stratégiques de l'entreprise en collaboration avec des analystes de données qui mesurent précisément les OKR et corréler les résultats après les déploiements pour évaluer la réussite du lancement des produits au fil du temps

Collaborer avec les client(e)s pour comprendre leurs besoins, leurs difficultés, les opportunités les concernant et leurs plaisirs tout en transformant les points les plus importants en exigences techniques

Collaborer avec nos équipes clients pour comprendre et exprimer les points de vue des utilisateurs, et les traduire en exigences de production

Créer des tests A/B et y participer pendant la découverte du produit afin d’identifier les fonctionnalités et les expériences les plus percutantes

Établir la priorité des histoires d’utilisateurs(trices) pour une progression séquentielle et ciblée de l’équipe, en équilibrant potentiellement les besoins des différentes parties prenantes, les problèmes que rencontrent les client(e)s et les efforts technologiques requis

Gérer la responsabilité de la liste de demandes et établir la priorité de déploiement des efforts de développement, définir les histoires d’utilisateurs(trices) et les critères d’acceptation, et participer aux tests

Être un ambassadeur de la qualité et souligner son importance auprès des équipes de développement de produits et des partenaires internes

Communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes et communiquer sur la progression du déploiement via des mises à jour régulières des calendriers de lancement des produits

Garantir la transparence, l'accord et la compréhension des objectifs et de l'orientation de l'équipe auprès des membres de l'équipe étendue

Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe de développement de produits (équipes d'ingénierie, conception UX, gestion de programmes) pour fournir des solutions pour la plateforme

Influencer et participer, si nécessaire, aux plans de mise sur le marché des capacités et fonctionnalités importantes

Exigences minimales

Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de produits dans les secteurs de la technologie, du logiciel-service ou du commerce électronique

Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine connexe (par exemple, ingénierie, affaires, marketing, analyse de données, statistiques) ou expérience équivalente

Expérience démontrée du travail dans une organisation matricielle, générant un consensus entre les différentes parties prenantes

Capacité à adapter sa communication à différents publics (technicien[ne]s/non-technicien[ne]s, parties prenantes commerciales, client[e]s)

Expérience de l'utilisation de données et de preuves pour proposer des solutions innovantes et faire des recommandations de produits

Désir d'avoir un impact sur un public important et de faire une différence dans la vie des utilisateurs et sur nos résultats

Expérience de travail dans un environnement Agile

Expérience préalable dans la livraison de nouvelles solutions techniques et d’expériences numériques

Compétences souhaitées

Une maîtrise en administration des affaires et/ou une certification PMP (ou toute certification associée) sera prise en compte

Expérience technique ou exposition au cycle de développement des produits

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,800 and $182,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
