Relevant de la directrice des ventes B2B, le or la gestionnaire de compte (gestion des distributeurs et concessionnaires) se consacre à la gestion et au renforcement de notre vaste réseau de distributeurs et de concessionnaires. Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez responsable de l’élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de distribution, de l’atteinte des objectifs mensuels ainsi que des activités du réseau de distribution. Vous mettrez à profit vos fortes compétences en communication à l’interne, de même que votre agilité à orienter et à adapter la stratégie pour assurer l’atteinte des indicateurs clés de performance (ICP). Élaborer des plans tactiques en vue de repérer les occasions de croissance potentielles parmi les comptes de concessionnaires.

Gérer les relations commerciales avec les parties prenantes, notamment les fournisseurs, les acheteurs, les responsables du marketing, les propriétaires d’entreprises et les décideurs clés.

Stimuler les ventes aux utilisateurs finaux en collaboration avec un groupe de concessionnaires à fort potentiel sous votre direction.

Assurer l’atteinte des objectifs de vente mensuels, trimestriels et annuels ainsi que des ICP pour les partenaires de distribution.

Communiquer mensuellement et de manière cohérente l’information sur le réseau de distribution à la direction.

Gérer les escalades liées aux comptes, trouver des solutions efficaces de manière autonome qui respectent les orientations globales et stratégiques de Brother et en tenir les parties prenantes à l’interne informées.

Coordonner et diriger des réunions interdépartementales en soutien aux initiatives stratégiques.

Fournir des mises à jour régulières sur les activités liées aux comptes, les occasions d’affaires et les répercussions sur l’entreprise.

Collaborer avec nos collègues aux États-Unis et en Amérique du Nord sur les offres de tarification spéciale.

Gérer les fonds de développement marketing et en effectuer le suivi.

Votre profil idéal :

Diplôme universitaire en commerce ou dans un domaine connexe (un atout).

De 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de comptes de distribution et capacité avérée à atteinte des quotas.

Excellente compréhension des technologies de l’information et des canaux de distribution, ainsi que des stratégies de développement des affaires.

Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, et en présentation.

Personne orientée sur les résultats, la qualité et l’innovation.

Bonne compréhension des affaires, de l’évolution des marchés et des tendances et capacité à adapter des stratégies de compte en conséquence.

Maîtrise de Microsoft Excel et de PowerPoint, solides compétences en analyse et prise de décision fondée sur des données.

Penseur stratégique axé sur la recherche de solutions qui aime remettre en question le statu quo.

Disponibilité à voyager environ 20 % du temps.

Bilinguisme, anglais et français.

Reporting to the Manager, B2B Sales, the Account Manager (Distribution and Reseller Management) will focus on managing and strengthening our extensive Distribution network and subset of our reseller network. You’ll take ownership of the distribution strategy and drive its execution to achieve monthly forecast targets as well as be accountable for the Distribution segment, which, includes strong internal communication and ability to pivot and adapt with strategy to ensure all necessary KPI’s are being met. Your strong sense of initiative, accountability, and strategic approach to business development are key elements for success. The Account Manager will ensure effective partnership with both distribution and high-potential mid-tier resellers. Your ability to provide insights, influence outcomes and manage competing objectives will be vital as we continue to build and expand our reseller partnerships.

Develop tactical plans to identify growth opportunities within reseller and distribution accounts.

Manage key business relationships with key stakeholders, including vendor managers, buyers, marketing managers, business owners and key decision makers.

Drive end-user sales by managing a grouping of high potential resellers.

Deliver and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and KPIs for channel partners.

Ensure consistent monthly communication on distribution segment to executive level.

Handle account escalations, finding effective solutions autonomously while keeping internal stakeholders informed and adhering to Brother’s high-level initiatives/strategic direction.

Coordinate and lead interdepartmental meetings to support strategic initiatives.

Provide regular updates on account activities, opportunities, and impacts on the business.

Collaborate with Brother US counterparts around North American special pricing opportunities.

Track and manage market development funds.

Your Winning Profile:

University Degree in Business or related field (an asset).

3-5 years in channel account management with proven success in meeting quotas.

Strong understanding of IT and Distribution Channels and business development strategies.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Results-driven with a commitment to quality and innovation.

Market intelligence experience in monitoring market shifts and adjusting account plans accordingly.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Critical thinker with a solution-focused mindset and curiosity to challenge norms.

Willing to travel up to 20%.

Bilingual.

Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication is essential for effective correspondence with clients, suppliers, business partners and colleagues beyond the province of Quebec.
