As our Administrative Coordinator you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.

What you’ll be doing

Schedule and prioritize meetings and appointments (live and virtual), make travel arrangements; monitor voicemails and emails, ensure messages are communicated and followed up Assist with preparation of meetings, including agenda creation, meeting room set-up, recording and distributing documents and following up on action items Monitor and approve electronic timekeeping Effectively handle discreet, sensitive, confidential information in a timely manner, redirecting as appropriate Manage complex calls and refer queries to appropriate staff for action Draft and edit reports, minutes, letters and emails Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and act as a resource for staff Create a volunteer program for Ravensview, including develop the strategy and goals, research licensing requirements and create volunteer job descriptions Identify the needs of volunteers and liaise with leaders to understand where volunteers may be needed Participate in developing the strategy and creating a workplan for the Ravensview store Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, pricing and returns

What we’re looking for:

2 - 3 years of office/clinic/healthcare facility experience with 1 - 2 years at a senior administrative level College Diploma in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred Expert-level Microsoft Office skills with demonstrated ability to produce creative PowerPoint presentations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong decision-making ability and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient Ability to anticipate the needs of the team and management Mature problem-solving and analytical skills Highly confidential and professional

Homewood Health promotes a fair and competitive compensation model. Pay rates are tailored to reflect differences in operating environments and job requirements. Compensation is influenced by many factors including compensation principles or approach for a role or job function, organizational tenure, experience, qualifications or premium skills, external competitiveness, internal comparability, geography and work performance. Pay range for this position is $56,000 to $58,000.
