Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated **Administrative Coordinator** to join our dynamic team at **1352937 B.C. Ltd O/A Quesada Burritos and Tacos**. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff in various administrative functions.

Job Details

Location: Victoria, BC
Salary: $29.00 per hour / 30 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night

Qualifications

Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing new administrative procedures to enhance office efficiency.
  • Delegating tasks to office support personnel.
  • Training and mentoring staff members.
  • Monitoring and evaluating administrative processes.
  • Overseeing payroll administration and ensuring accuracy.
  • Planning and controlling budgetary expenditures.
