We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry, located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. The position is for an Administrative Assistant who will play a crucial role in our team by providing administrative support to various stakeholders in our operations.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing contracts and processing payments.
• Conduct data entry duties, specifically for Activity Notification forms.
• Provide administrative support to the Immunology team.
• Collaborate closely with the medical and marketing teams on administrative tasks.
• Assist with the Purchase Order process using SAP.
• Liaise with key stakeholders in the company.
• Ensure all customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Health Pharm/Biotech industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Experience in managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
• Knowledge of office procedures and administrative systems, such as record management.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in the Health Pharm/Biotech industry is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Experience in data entry and data management.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, but not a requirement.
