Key Responsibilities**:Administration**
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support HR team with administration needs.
- Contribute to the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective internal communications and uphold company goals and values.
- Assist in coordinating company-wide meetings, internal events, and developmental activities.
- Managing a budget and support cost stewardship.
- Offer general administrative support, including document photocopying and scanning.
- Actively participate as a member in the Euna Culture Club, known as "The Eunity Crew."
- Other ad-hoc administration duties as needed
**Facilities Management**
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including maintenance and repairs.
- Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the office is well-stocked with essential supplies, snacks, and coffee to support employee productivity.
- Maintain office cleanliness and orderliness.
- Coordinate and support departmental programs, including meetings, workshops, special projects, and events.
**Health & Safety**
- Ensure office facilities adhere to safety regulations, including local fire codes and other applicable laws, and effectively communicate the organization's safety policies.
- Participate in the Joint Health & Safety Committee, organizing inspections, audits, and training to ensure compliance with safety standards and laws.
**Qualifications**:
- A post-secondary diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Previous experience in supporting multiple departments an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A strong customer focus and dedication to providing excellent service.
- A sense of urgency, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification is a plus.
- Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity necessary to operate computers and peripherals.
**Employment Duration**
This position will be an 18 month contract covering a maternity leave.
**Location**
**This position will be on site in our Oakville, Ontario office.**
