We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Collections Officer. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French, with excellent written and oral communication skills. This role involves meticulous tracking of information, effective email correspondence, consistent follow-up calls with customers and expertise in Excel and database management.

Responsibilities
Collections and recovery:
Implement effective strategies to collect unpaid accounts receivable.
Make regular follow-up calls with customers to discuss overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
Use your diplomatic communication skills to manage difficult situations and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Information tracking:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions, payment agreements and outstanding balances.
Use Excel and database tools to systematically organize and document relevant information for easy retrieval.
Qualifications
2 to 3 years' experience in collections or related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent oral and written skills in French and English
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid experience in customer relationship management
Ability to communicate with people at all levels in a professional and respectful manner
Excellent time management skills and highly organized
