We are looking for an Automotive Representative to join our Lendcare team In this role, you will develop and maintain both existing and new clientele relationships while integrating them into the LendCare Automotive program. The successful individual would have a customer service background and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. Organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. LendCare is a fast-growing company looking for individuals who can strengthen our position in an ever-changing marketplace
Responsibilities :
Increase existing business by developing a strong relationship with current Automotive partners Perform outbound calls to Dealer Partners and their customers Communicate consistently throughout the day to assist our Dealer Partners in processing loan documents Act as a subject matter and product expert to promote our Automotive Finance program Provide support to the Automotive Finance team as neededQualifications:
Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal Professional and pleasant telephone manner is a must Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service skills Highly proficient computer skills Previous automotive experience is an asset Fulltime, permanent availability to work in our Pickering, ON officeSchedule: Monday-Friday 9AM to 5PM with some Saturday work
