We are in search of a **Automotive Repair Sales Representative **for our **Lendcare** subsidiary
**Responsibilities**:
- Proactively identify and pursue new partner opportunities within the automotive repair space
- Establish and maintain a strong understanding of LendCare programs
- Prospect for potential large accounts using various methods such as phone calls, video conferencing and networking
- Prepare, and execute partner agreements
- Develop, maintain, and manage strong relationships with automotive repair partners
- Develop strategic business development plans with leadership and support teams
- Use expert product knowledge within automotive repair and sales consultation to increase partner activity
**Requirements**:
- Previous business development or sales experience
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Must have strong written and verball communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and pleasant telephone manner
- Detail-oriented
- Full-time availability (40 hours/week) to work in our Pickering, ON office
- Must have been in your current role for at least 6 months
- Have the endorsement/support of your current manager
- In good standing - no HR issues/warnings, not on a PIP
**Benefits**:
- Starting salary plus performance-based commission plan

**Schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM**
