We are in search of for a **Retentions Representative **for our **Lendcare** subsidiary

**Responsibilities**:

- Address customer concerns and provide solutions and re-educate customers on the value of our products
- Ensure superior customer experience through proactive support and active listening
- Capitalize on cross-sales and add-on products by paying attention to customer needs to pinpoint sales opportunities
- Provide internal recommendations on how to improve client retention
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Must have experience in a target-driven environment, retentions and call center background is a plus
- A comfort level with quotas, with a strong desire to meet and exceed achievable targets.
- Excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to pursue new challenges and opportunities to grow within the organization.
- Ability to work fulltime in our Pickering, ON office

**Schedule: Monday - Friday, rotating schedules 9AM - 5PM and 11AM - 7PM; every other Saturdayfrom 10AM - 2PM**
