3. Summary of the opportunity
- Client Overview: The Coalition Studio is a Microsoft first-party development studio located in Vancouver, Canada. They are known for their work on the Gears of War franchise and aim to push the limits of Microsoft's entertainment platforms and devices.
- Role Summary: The Production Coordinator will support the Production Team in delivering high-quality gaming experiences. They will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, assisting in milestone planning, organizing team activities, and ensuring tasks are assigned correctly.

4. What are the key responsibilities?
- Responsibilities and Duties:
  - Support the Production team to meet schedule and deadline targets
  - Update daily reports to track progress and raise concerns if necessary
  - Assist in milestone and sprint planning
  - Help with capacity plan updates and team onboarding
  - Ensure work is captured, organized, and assigned accurately
  - Facilitate internal moves and space planning
  - Coordinate build reviews, demos, playtests, and team events

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
- MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
  - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  - Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence
  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  - Ability to prioritize work and handle changing priorities
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  - Previous experience in video game production
  - Familiarity with Excel, Powerpoint, and other relevant software applications
