**Must be registered in some kind of schooling for this internship.**

The Exhibition Coordinator is the primary point of contact for all exhibition activity and will manage the exhibitor experience from pre-show to onsite operations. The intern will be responsible for keeping exhibitors informed, assisting with the setup and dismantling of Art Vancouver, and coordinating the attendance of onsite staff.Key Projects & Activities:

- Exhibitor Coordination: Manage exhibitor registration and ticket distribution using Eventbrite/Wix, ensuring all details are up-to-date.
- Program and Promotion: Help organize registration, prepare event programs, and promote sales options to customers.
- Outreach: Contact potential exhibitors.
- Signage and Booth Organization: Coordinate signage placement and ensure exhibitors are organized and informed.
- Exhibitor Coordination: Track and coordinate exhibitors, ensuring all communications, schedules, and invoices are organized.
- Support to the Events Manager: Assist with all aspects of event preparation, including communication through Slack and updating exhibitor information.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with event planning and to develop technical skills in digital tools used for coordination and communication.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 16 weeks

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
