The Product Marketing, Specialist works within Product Marketing team and across the broader Interac organization, with a specific mandate to support the go-to-market planning and execution of product marketing activities to drive growth for Interac Verified. This role will work in close collaboration with the Interac Verified Product Marketing Lead to plan, execute, and measure the success of programs to meet our product goals.
You'll be responsible for:
Go-to-Market Planning: In collaboration with the Product Marketing Lead, support the development of a go-to-market strategy focused on target B2B audiences with high impact programs that drive Interac Verified growth.
Lifecycle Communications and Campaigns: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Comms, Legal, and Product teams to deliver targeted programs that engage B2B customers across their lifecycles. Develop thought leadership content to position Interac Verified as the leading solution in the industry and support the development of lead generation campaigns and events.
Cross-Functional Participation: Participate in agile product squads, ensuring alignment between product capabilities, business development needs, and marketing strategies.
Customer Research: Collaborate with market intelligence teams to conduct customer research to capture insights needed to refine product positioning and marketing strategies.
Competitive Intelligence and Reporting: Coordinate and manage Interac Verified marketing reporting and perform quarterly competitive intelligence to monitor the market and adjust strategies accordingly. Use insights to refine the Interac Verified positioning and identify differentiation opportunities.
Sales Enablement: Create and maintain sales enablement materials that equip the sales team to effectively communicate the benefits of Interac Verified. Regularly update resources to reflect new features and market changes.
Budget and Invoicing: Oversee the budget and invoicing for areas of accountability, ensuring cost-effective initiatives.
You bring:
5 years of professional experience in marketing or product marketing, ideally in the B2B space.
Must be eligible to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
Experience with go-to-market planning and developing strategic product marketing plans and materials, including a track record of creating product marketing programs for net-new products and product extensions.
Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to translate technical features into compelling and clear product marketing and sales enablement materials.
Experience with managing partner and vendor relationships, including tracking and managing related budgets, facilitating feedback, and setting shared objectives.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build cross-functional relationships across Marketing, Comms, Product, and Technology teams.
