Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to clients on advertising and promotional strategies
  • Offer consulting services to governmental and other organizations
  • Create and manage a portfolio of marketing materials
  • Execute online marketing initiatives, e-commerce, and website promotions
  • Utilize sales forecasting software for strategic planning
  • Review and approve all job proofs or samples
  • Deliver comprehensive information to clients
  • Plan and oversee budgets effectively
  • Monitor and ensure timely delivery schedules
  • Manage contracts related to advertising and marketing strategies
  • Assess social programs for effectiveness
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Coordinate, assign, and review tasks within the team
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to enhance website graphics, content, and interactivity
Supervision
  • Oversee a team of 3-4 individuals
Certifications
  • Google AdWords Certification
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Salesforce, spreadsheets, electronic mail, WordPress, HTML, project management software, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media, and Google Docs
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years in relevant fields such as production, marketing, communications, and public relations
