Position Overview

Become a Key Player with Match Marketing Group

Are you eager to engage with consumers and showcase innovative products in an interactive setting? Match Marketing Group is seeking passionate Product Promotion Specialists to energize our various themed displays and leave a lasting impression on attendees.

Event Highlights:

  1. Event 1:
    • Location: Major Shopping Center
    • Dates: Multiple weekends throughout the month
    • Timing: All-day events
  2. Event 2:
    • Location: Prominent Retail Space
    • Dates: Various weekends
    • Timing: Full-day engagement

Training:

  • Preparation: Online training session prior to events (paid training)

Available Positions:

  • Multiple Product Promotion Specialists required for both events
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly wage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage Customers: Enthrall visitors in diverse themed areas.
  • Role Play: Embody the assigned character or theme.
  • Educate: Provide insightful information about the products.
  • Assist: Address inquiries regarding the featured products.
  • Create Memorable Experiences: Foster engaging interactions that encourage purchases.
  • Manage Event Flow: Ensure seamless operations and effective distribution of promotional materials.
  • Communicate Effectively: Relay updates and requirements to team leaders.
  • Report Accurately: Maintain daily logs and attendance records.

Prerequisites:

  • Essential Tool: A smartphone for reporting purposes.
  • Dress Code: Professional all-black attire.

Desired Attributes:

  • Experience: At least one year in customer service or promotional roles, ideally with technical products.
  • Personality: Tech-savvy, polished, and self-assured.
  • Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods.
