**Who You Are**

As a Product Marketing Specialist at Jolera, you will play a crucial role in our Marketing team while collaborating closely with the Product team. Your responsibilities will include supporting the launch of new IT products and services, as well as refining the value proposition and positioning of our existing offerings tailored for IT providers.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment. You will work alongside experienced marketers, product specialists, and engineers in a company renowned for providing innovative IT solutions to IT providers worldwide.

**What you'll do**:

- Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product releases, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Assist in building and optimizing our Product-Led Motion through education, onboarding, and activation.
- Contribute to creating relevant content, feature stories, and marketing assets to enhance understanding both internally and externally.
- Participate in refining product positioning and messaging, using user research and market insights.
- Collaborate on product naming and hierarchy strategies, ensuring alignment with our market position.
- Provide input for the development of new features and optimization of existing ones.

**Requirements**:

- You have a keen interest in IT solutions and services, particularly those designed for IT providers.
- You possess 1-2 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a technology or SaaS company.
- You have a basic understanding of technology and can translate it into valuable customer-facing communication.
- You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
- You have experience or are eager to learn about customer interviews and market research.
- You are organized, process-oriented, and possess excellent attention to detail.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
