Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Commerce, the successful candidate will be accountable for ecommerce and card non present insights, roadmap planning, product development, and end-to-end thoughtful solution design. This end-to-end focus requires a deep interest in Merchant Experience, Employee Experience, operational impacts, and financial components of new initiatives and projects. Areas of accountability include:

Product manager that will be accountable for supporting and growing Digital Commerce's long term payment gateway strategy for digital payment solutions. The payment gateway also serves as front-end experience for merchants to accept payment solutions (credit card, debit, alternative payment solutions including Buy-Now-Pay-Later), ecommerce fraud solutions and value add tools to help merchants run their business. Support onboarding initiatives for payment gateway as well as strategic alignment of long term goals and gateway features to TDMS's merchant needs. This includes business diligence procedures into gateways to understand their strategic direction and product roadmap and how this bridges to both specific TD merchant segment strategies as well as the broader industry. Assess different commercial and go-to-market models including creating and maintaining customer terms and conditions including working with vendor, legal, compliance and operational partners to execute on operational implications Significant implementation role including developing detailed level requirements for Day 2 including merchant onboarding, servicing and lifecycle management Passion and commitment to deeply understanding the TDMS ecosystem, including product lineup, infrastructure (current and planned), supporting operational and sales processes and applying that 360-degree view to new product plans. Job Requirements

Product implementation experience or exposure which can include technical planning, project methodologies, operations and sales enablement and the execution of go-to-market plans including developing communication plans with sales teams, marketing and clients Payments or ecommerce industry experience Experience as product owner which can include product management, client journeys and client experience ownership, competitive research and analysis Strong stakeholder skills and ability to impact and influence a broad cross-section of audiences, including technical, non-technical, executive, employee, vendor, and payment card network partners. This role will sometimes provide leadership to these audiences and occasionally work in a support function depending on the nature of the initiative or audience. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate flexibility and situational awareness to navigate these various environments within the context of TD Bank's footprint and ecosystem. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form with sensitivity to audience perspectives, understanding, and needs Ability to exercise sound judgement and mature time/deadline management skill.
