  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their executive staffing needs, providing expert guidance and insights into market trends and candidate availability.

  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with Huawei’s values and organizational goals.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent movements within the technology sector to provide strategic insights to the business.



What you'll bring to the team:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a proven success in recruiting senior level candidate within the technology sector.

  • Strong understanding of the North American talent market, with established networks and connections.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders and candidates.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other HR technologies.
