SinaLite is a family owned business which has been operating since 1999. What started as a small 1,200 square-foot print shop which operated a single small AB-Dick printer has blossomed into a company of 150+ employees, containing several million dollars worth of printing equipment, and achieving a yearly sales revenue of 40+ million with over 20,000+ customers across North America.
**Job Summary**: We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to fill both technical and non-technical positions within our organization. The role will focus on optimizing the recruitment process, improving the quality of hires, and contributing to our rapid growth.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Champion end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles, with a focus on manufacturing, e-commerce, and sales departments.
- Create and post compelling job listings on various job boards and company website.
- Manage salary negotiation and offer extension processes.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, department heads, and team members to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing recruitment process enhancements.
- Onboard all new hires to the organization to ensure employee success.
- Ensure a positive employee experience throughout all stages of recruitment onboarding.
- Assist in general HR initiatives as needed.
- Build relationships with third parties and institutions to expand the talent pool.
- Represent the Company at various functions to attract top talent and enhance brand visibility.
- All other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high volume, full-cycle recruitment in a variety of areas, preferably in manufacturing, e-commerce, or sales sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with using Ceridian Dayforce Recruitment Module is a plus. Or other HRIS.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn outreach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Professional designation is a plus.
- Working remotely and in office as required at the sole discretion of the company.
