Key Responsibilities: A treatment coordinator at docbraces is responsible for helping build self-esteem, one beautiful smile at a time Welcome new clients with a friendly and enthusiastic approach. Ensure they feel welcomed, accommodated, and always encounter a 5-star experience. Determine the clients dental concerns and their goals to a healthy beautiful smile Manage all client calls and inquiries with a smile: appointments, confirmations, and administrative tasks while guide educational conversations about treatment options, providing clients with the necessary support and information to ensure they feel confident about starting their orthodontic journey Present treatment options, review payment plans, answer questions and overcome objections to motivate clients to start their smile journey Manage potential cancellations and overcome objections to motivate the client to keep their appointment Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps. Ensuring all clients leave with their next appointment booked. Tracking and maintaining daily, monthly and quarterly reporting to motivate clients to start their smile journey Requirements: Sales experience is required Customer Relationship Management is required  Excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable verbal & written communication Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Strong influencing and negotiation abilities Computer proficiency and the ability to learn new programs including Microsoft Office Suite. Dental experience is considered an asset, but not required.
