Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Patient Coordinator to join our team at Canadian Orthodontic Partners. As a Sales and Patient Coordinator, you will play a critical role in building strong relationships with our patients, promoting our services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our orthodontic services to new and existing patients.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive experience for all patients, from initial consultation to treatment completion.
  • Manage patient appointments, schedules, and communication, ensuring seamless coordination and timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure accurate and timely treatment planning, implementation, and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, responding to their needs, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve patient care and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business growth strategies, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a healthcare or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
