  • Productmarketing: Work with product management to develop and implementgotomarket strategies for new product launches covering positioningmessaging and promotionalactivities.
  • DevelopContent Marketing Strategies: Create and manage content marketingstrategies including producing engaging content such as blog postswhitepapers webinars videos and casestudies.
  • EstablishKPIs and Report Performance: Define key performance indicators(KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and provide regularperformance reports on marketing initiatives to seniorleadership.
  • BudgetManagement: Efficiently manage the marketing budget allocatingresources to maximize return on investment (ROI) and drivegrowth.
  • MarketResearch: Perform market research and competitive analysis toidentify opportunities for innovation andgrowth.
  • Collaborateclosely with sales product management and customer success teams toalign marketing strategies with business objectives and ensureeffective crossfunctionalcollaboration.
  • Setand Achieve OKRs: Responsible for setting and achieving individualand departmental Objectives and Key Results(OKRs).
  • Assistin hiring by directing training supervising evaluating and coachingdirectreports.

Requirements
  • Seasonedmarketing leader with a track record of success in driving growthwithin highgrowth technologycompanies.
  • Experienceworking in highvelocity sales and marketingenvironment.
  • Experienceworking in a SaaS environment ideally SMB or verticalexperience.
  • Directorlevelexperience.
  • Aleadership philosophy focused on people and culturedevelopment.
  • Exceptionalstrategic thinker with a handson approach to capable of translatingvisionary concepts into actionable plans that deliver measurableresults.
