- EstablishKPIs and Report Performance: Define key performance indicators(KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and provide regularperformance reports on marketing initiatives to seniorleadership.
- BudgetManagement: Efficiently manage the marketing budget allocatingresources to maximize return on investment (ROI) and drivegrowth.
- MarketResearch: Perform market research and competitive analysis toidentify opportunities for innovation andgrowth.
- Collaborateclosely with sales product management and customer success teams toalign marketing strategies with business objectives and ensureeffective crossfunctionalcollaboration.
- Setand Achieve OKRs: Responsible for setting and achieving individualand departmental Objectives and Key Results(OKRs).

Requirements
- Seasonedmarketing leader with a track record of success in driving growthwithin highgrowth technologycompanies.
- Experienceworking in highvelocity sales and marketingenvironment.
- Experienceworking in a SaaS environment ideally SMB or verticalexperience.
- Directorlevelexperience.
