Director, Demand Generation

**What you will be doing**:
- **Campaign Strategy**: Design and execute innovative marketing campaigns with a specific budget to drive lead generation. Develop creative ideas and strategies to attract potential customers, focusing on our interactive division and call center solutions.
- **Regional Management**: Lead and manage campaign managers across five regions, including overseeing an operational analyst and content designer. Ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and alignment with strategic objectives.
- **Hands-On Involvement**: While primarily strategic, the role requires active participation in the daily execution of campaigns and content creation.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee a budget of $3-4 million USD, leveraging prior experience managing smaller budgets of $1-2 million USD.
- **Sales Enablement**: Drive cross-selling and enablement efforts across a global sales channel.
- **Global Travel**: Travel approximately 10% of the time, primarily within Europe, to effectively oversee global marketing initiatives.
- **Demand Generation Strategies**: Develop and implement demand generation strategies for new logos, existing customers, and partners.
- **Martech Tools**: Utilize Pardot/Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other Martech tools for campaign execution and performance tracking.
- **Annual Planning**: Collaborate on the annual planning process for the Marketing & Demand Gen team, including setting objectives, managing financials, and planning budget and headcount.
- **Sales Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales leadership team and sales representatives to ensure marketing’s efforts are leading to new bookings and revenue.
**What you bring**:
- **Education**: Undergraduate or university degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- **Marketing Experience**: 5-7 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of delivering significant ROI on B2B marketing investments.
- **Leadership Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of 4 or more staff.
- **Demand Generation Expertise**: Demonstrated hands-on experience in driving demand generation programs for contact centre or customer experience software products.
- **Campaign Execution**: Willingness to be actively involved in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Google Analytics, website optimization, paid search, lead attribution, and other marketing automation and sales technology tools.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries, and provide actionable business insights.
- **Travel**: Openness to travel up to 10%.
