Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?

The Business Process Management (BPM) team is committed to managing and improving performance of E2E processes critical to business while continuously exploring opportunities to advance and mature process capabilities in addition to collaborating and influencing business partners to ensure their understanding of all initiatives and strategies. As a Manager in Business Process Management, you will drive customer, employee, and agent experiences by optimizing end to end business processes for operational effectiveness and efficiency. You will help to develop opportunities to improve business results by supporting and influencing the strategy, all while ensuring business operation continuity. This position may direct a team of business professionals or lead project teams to ensure business actions aligned with enterprise and/or business unit goals.
What Will You Do?
Proactively identify opportunities and problems through root cause analysis, active listening, and engagement with stakeholders that span across multiple teams, business areas, and processes. Identify and assess recommendations for process improvement opportunities and engage key stakeholders to secure the buy-in to implement changes, where appropriate and initiate and implement mid-complexity/multiple improvement opportunities. Lead and oversee the understanding of the impact assessment as well as the implementation and execution of assigned initiatives. Own and influence the end-to-end execution of the operational components of multiple/mid to high complexity initiatives that have a broader impact across the line of business, including the benefits monitoring, benefits realization, management, scheduling, implementation, risk management, and maintenance. Assess tools and procedures for optimal process efficiency and identify areas of automation. Assess gaps in processes by leveraging KPI’s and conduct data and reporting analysis to close those gaps. Facilitate complex workflow updates and design sessions to influence process improvement recommendations. May assist in the prioritization of efforts and advocacy for resource allocation. May own and optimize the performance of a single or multiple processes or capabilities and/or technologies. Perform other duties as assigned.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
Bachelor’s Degree Familiarity with Six Sigma and Agile methodology. Experience leading and managing complex projects. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management. Excellent ability to connect with and effectively build relationships in a cross-functional team to complete project goals. Excellent analytical skills to track and evaluate current processes. Strategic thinker with the ability to use sound judgement to resolve issues as they arise. Knowledge of trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies and ability to identify best practices.

4 years of experience in operations, collaborating on projects, or working in a related field.
