**About the Role**
The Stakeholder & Supply Chain Support Coordinator is a critical role that requires a unique blend of skills and experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate data management, and providing exceptional support to our logistics team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including tire collectors, haulers, and processors.
- Ensure timely and accurate data management, including transaction processing and payment verification.
- Provide exceptional support to our logistics team, including calendar management, network consolidation, and invoice review.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business administration, customer service, or a related field. You must also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Qualifications**
- Bilingual in English and French (required).
- Post-secondary education in business administration, management, customer service, or a related discipline (desired).
- 3+ years' experience in a customer service role or equivalent (required).
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 - $58,000 per year, depending on experience and proficiency in both languages. Our benefits package includes extended health benefits, dental benefits, generous paid time off, and retirement savings plans. We also offer a flexible, hybrid work environment, where employees can work from home up to 50% of the time.
