**Opportunity**:
Fengate is seeking a **Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)** to join the Infrastructure team. The role will report to the Senior Manager, FP&A and work closely with other members of the Infrastructure Business (Value Creation & Asset Management team, Investments team and senior leadership).

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Ownership of budgets, projections, and financial analysis across a variety of assets
- Lead the creation and development of robust financial models
- Prepare ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic, financing and operating decisions
- Accountable for quarterly and annual valuation processes including management of external valuators
- Liaise with Investor Relations team to prepare information packages for investors and answer questions as required
- Responsible for reporting of investment performance against budget and key performance indicators, including preparation of regular financial performance package
- Oversee cash flow planning and identify opportunities to maximize investor returns
- Continuous development and streamlining of processes and procedures
- Assist with due diligence and review of potential acquisitions as required

**Requirements**:

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- CPA, CFA, CBV, MBA or international equivalent preferred but not required
- Valuations and/or financial advisory services experience in a national accounting firm, bank or an investment firm with strong financial acumen
- Deep understanding of investment risk factors
- Advanced Excel modelling skills
- Ability to construct professional PowerPoint presentations and present to internal and external senior stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a simple and concise manner for presentation and discussions with senior management and other non-financial business leaders
- Experience with real assets is beneficial but not required

**Location & Travel**:
The position will be based out of the Oakville office. Fengate offers a Work-Flex policy where employees are allowed to work remotely up to 3 days per week.
