Vos principales missions seront :

La gestion de l'équipe, la planification et la répartition des tâches. Veiller au respect des procédures douanières de votre service (fermeture des caisses, scellement des chariots). Signaler tout dysfonctionnement à la direction. Organiser les flux de linge avec le prestataire. Gérer stratégiquement l'entrepôt en fonction de la politique et de la vision de l'entreprise. Assurer le rangement et la propreté de l'entrepôt. Organiser la fabrication des armes conformément aux plans de l'entreprise et effectuer des contrôles de conformité aléatoires. Organiser des sorties quotidiennes avec les départements. Communiquer avec le CSM sur les niveaux de stock afin de gérer les commandes et d'éviter les ruptures de stock. Gérer le contrôle des stocks et assurer l'harmonisation du système de stockage des données. Envoyer les inventaires. Veiller au respect des normes de santé et de sécurité, d'hygiène et de sûreté. Configurer l'agencement et veiller à l'utilisation efficace de l'espace. Contrôler et optimiser les opérations quotidiennes, en termes d'entrées et de sorties de marchandises. Préparation des commandes Gestion des stocks (Inventaire, récupération et contrôle des données de l'atelier) saisie dans les différents logiciels de l'entreprise.

Your main missions will be :

Team management, planning and distribution of tasks.  Ensure compliance with your department's customs procedures (closing cases, sealing trolleys). Report any malfunctions to management. Organize linen flows with the service provider.  Strategically manage the warehouse in line with company policies and vision.  Ensure warehouse tidiness and cleanliness.  Organize the manufacture of weapons in accordance with company plans, and carry out random conformity checks.  Organize daily outings with departments. Communicate with the CSM on stock levels to manage orders and avoid stock-outs. Manage stock control and ensure harmonization of data storage system. Send inventories  Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene and security standards. Configure layout and ensure efficient use of space  Control and optimize daily operations, in terms of incoming and outgoing goods  Order picking Inventory management (store counting, retrieval and control of workshop data) input into various company software

Perfil

Formation et/ou expertise dans l'industrie alimentaire  La connaissance de la restauration des compagnies aériennes est un véritable atout. Forte compréhension des concepts de gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et d'organisation. La connaissance des outils informatiques est obligatoire Connaissance des réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité, Minimum de 3 ans dans un poste similaire dans un environnement industriel, Autonomie et capacité à faire des propositions. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Education and/or expertise in the food industry  Knowledge of airline catering is a real asset. Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of computer tools is mandatory Knowledge of health and safety regulations, Minimum of 3 years in a similar position in an industrial environment Autonomous and able to make proposals.
