**Your responsibilities**

**Product Strategy and Development**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the kids’ footwear category, aligning with overall company goals and objectives;
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for new product development;
- Collaborate closely with design, development, and manufacturing teams to bring new footwear designs to life, ensuring they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements;
- Manage the product development lifecycle, including concept ideation, prototyping, testing, and final production;
- Present the product strategy to the organization following key to product creation milestones.

**Process Improvements and Initiatives**
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes within the product management function;
- Drive the implementation of new tools, systems, and methodologies to optimize workflows and increase productivity;
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement;
- Champion best practices in project management, including milestone tracking, resource allocation, and risk mitigation;
- Act as a change agent within the organization, promoting agility and adaptability in response to evolving market dynamics.

**Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence**:

- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to identify key insights and opportunities for differentiation;
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends;
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and retail operations, to ensure alignment on product strategy and execution.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and marketing campaigns targeted at parents and children.
- Partner with sales teams to develop sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and promotional plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

**Product Lifecycle Management**:

- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through end-of-life, including product launches, inventory management, and SKU rationalization;
- Monitor product performance metrics, including sales performance, margin analysis, and inventory turns, to identify areas for optimization and improvement;
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, streamline processes, and optimize supply chain efficiency.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the footwear or fashion industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in footwear, with a strong portfolio of successful product launches.
- Proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
