Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days from home
Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (EST)
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: $38K, with 5% annual bonus
Vacation: 3 weeks vacation, 10 personal days, 2 volunteer days
Languages: Fluent in French and English (read, write, speak)

Responsibilities
-Document Processing: Create and finalize mortgage instruction packages for solicitors by gathering and inputting client data from financial institutions, then submitting the finalized documents to law firms.
-Team Support: Provide assistance to team members with questions and clarifications related to the role, ensuring a collaborative work environment.
-Inbox Monitoring: Manage internal and external email inboxes to respond to clarification requests and handle incoming communications from clients.
-Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls, primarily in Ontario and Quebec, using scripts. French fluency is essential for communicating with clients.
-Process Improvement: Actively contribute to problem-solving and identifying potential improvements to processes.
Qualifications
-Languages: Fluency in both English and French (reading, writing, speaking) is required.
-Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
-Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and details when handling documents and client data.
-Technology Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and internal systems.
-Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge.
-Education/Experience: Open to individuals with prior experience in an office or small business setting.
-Previous experience in document processing, client communication, or mortgage services is an asset.
