About The Role

The Vice President, Sales Enablement will spearhead the development and execution of cross-sell strategies in Ontario and the Atlantic regions, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth within HUB International. Reporting to the Ontario Chief Sales Officer (CSO), this role is pivotal within the sales leadership team, working closely with Commercial Lines (CL) and Employee Benefits & Retirement (EB&R) leadership and Producers to optimize cross-selling opportunities and drive client growth.

What You’ll Do

Develop and lead the cross-sell strategy for the Ontario/Atlantic region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Enhance cross-sell scorecards and metrics, tracking won opportunities, pipeline value, and cross-sell initiatives. Engage with CL and EB&R Producers to identify key competencies and remove barriers to cross-sell success. Build and implement annual cross-sell strategies and initiatives. Collaborate with the CSO and Sales Enablement Specialist on producer lists and assignments, ensuring effective lead triage and follow-up. Oversee and improve operational workflows for lead generation, CORE utilization, pipeline reporting, and performance measurement. Collaborate with Field Marketing to create opportunities to profile HUB subject matter expertise to clients to drive awareness of our capabilities across all lines of business.

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Commercial Lines and/or Employee Benefits, and 5+ years in sales leadership. Deep understanding of HUB International’s structure and vision. Foundational knowledge of Canadian Employee Benefits Strategic Resources. Demonstrated ability to influence others and drive growth. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven experience in sales processes, account management, and cross-selling. Quick learner who adapts well to change and thinks creatively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate value propositions concisely. Ability to think strategically and see the broader impact of initiatives.
