Job Title: Contract Administrator Hybrid role

Employment status:  Maternity Leave replacement, contract ending September 2025

Office Location:  243 Consumers Road, North York, ON

The Contract Administrator is responsible for supporting the review and compliance process, initiatives and database management of customer contracts for all service lines and divisions across Lifemark Health Group.

  Skills & Experience

A minimum of 3 years related contract administration and/or database management Degree or diploma in business administration or paralegal considered an asset Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; French considered an asset. Familiarity with contract law and terminology Experience with sales, negotiation and mediation Experience with databases such as SharePoint, contract management applications, and/or CRM systems  Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to take on diverse tasks  Ability to work independently and with various internal stakeholders and teams across various business lines Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines Strong proficiency in a Microsoft Office software environment 

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide coordination and support of customer contract reviews, including workflow and data tracking to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract requirements Update and maintain contract management database, SharePoint, CRM system, and other databases as required Prepares, negotiates, assesses and reviews company contract documents, including MSAs, amendments, SOWs and NDAs Coordinates with legal and internal compliance departments in accordance with review and approval policy for all contract documents Assures all necessary clauses and details are included in contracts Support adherence to internal policies, processes and operations for contract compliance Remains up to date with legislative changes that may affect current and future contracts Respond to inquiries or questions regarding contract administration Maintain excellent relationships with Lifemark’s internal stakeholders and key project leads  Contribute ideas and innovations to improve upon existing systems, work processes and procedures Assist with data collection, contract compliance projects, customer audits and due diligence questionnaires, and other departmental duties as required
